Isle of Wight publisher TKZ Media Ltd has decided to rename its 2011 handbook, changing the title from Cowes and Solent Handbook to Solent Handbook & Directory, and adjusting the content accordingly.

TKZ Media is convinced that there is a a gap in the market for an annually produced, high quality, colour publication with Solent-wide coverage.

The Solent Handbook & Directory will contain a unique blend of interesting articles, along with a calendar of Solent sailing events, tide tables, maps, a Solent directory of services, and guides to popular Solent destinations.

TKZ Media would like to take this opportunity to make clear that the new Solent Handbook & Directory is an independently produced publication by TKZ Media and has no links to Cowes Harbour Commission or the official Cowes Port Handbook .

The Solent Handbook & Directory will cast a wide net and be much less Cowes focussed giving advertisers the opportunity to reach a broad Solent audience.

The Solent Handbook & Directory will be distributed through numerous marine and tourist related businesses and visitor hotspots selected to ensure that it reaches its target audience, at ports and harbours around the Solent and on the Isle of Wight.
